Hi, I'm Arjun. I spent the last 8ish years as an electrical engineer designing PCBAs for robots at Boston Dynamics, Zipline, and Apple. I’m building Merlin to streamline electronics component selection by centralizing technical info across datasheets, simulation curves, and manufacturer websites. The goal is to eliminate the piecemeal screenshots and spreadsheets we all use to make decisions.

Why Capacitors First?

Having mainly worked on power electronics during my career I found myself choosing lots of ceramic caps for power supplies and motor inverter designs. Seemed like a fitting place to start. Why the Name Merlin?

Named after my cat Merlin! Plus, I'd like to make component selection a little more magical ✨.
